lets make a pct

I wish more ppl would rate stuff. I try to rate as much as I can. But alot of my stuff goes unrated. I mean I've added a helluva lot of content and participated in things and I still don't even have a damn green medal on this spot or the Sexie Spot. And ya know why? Because most of my stuff goes completely unnoticed/unappreciated.
