if by estoy asi asi you mean so so you dont say it like that you say

asi asi = mas o menos

also estoy malo sounds better if you say it like

estoy mal, te molesta or tienes algun problema

en realidad, puedes usar así así o más o menos, es lo mismo. Se suele utilizar también regular: Estoy regular.
Al menos en el sitio donde vivo.

Aquí en vez de decir "regular" o "más o menos" usamos más bien la palabra "ahí". Sé que es raro, pero es más común XD

no usamos demasiado el "fantastico(a)" usamos más el "bien" o "muy bien"
No usamos nunca el "así así" usamos el "mas o menos"
El "estoy malo. te disgusta" no lo usamos nunca xD i don't know if you mean "i'm bad" as if i'm a bad person or if you're just not ok? anyway it wouldn't be ok.. cause if you wanna say i'm bad: "SOY malo" and i'm not ok: estoy mal. and about "te disgusta" wtf is that? xD "you don't like it" uuh? what the fuck is that supposed to mean xD
