Chapter 1- May 5, 2011
Olivia and Elliot exit a restaurant together. Olivia has her arm around Elliot.
“Thanks for dinner. El,” She says. They continue to walk down the street, heading towards Olivia’s apartment. They walk in silence. Elliot slips his arm around Olivia’s waist.
“El, I think Kathy would not like you holding me like this,” she laughs. Elliot pulls himself closer to her.
“Who cares what Kathy thinks,” he whispers. Elliot then kisses Olivia on the lips. They kiss for a long time in the street.
“Dad?” Elliot whips his head up, only to see Kathleen, his daughter.
“Oh my gosh, Dad. You are cheating on mom? With Olivia?” Tears well up in her eyes. She begins to turn away, but Elliot pulls her back. He opens his mouth to speak, but Olivia does instead.
“Kathleen, your father has had a couple too many drinks, he has no idea what he’s doing.” Olivia assured Kathleen. She steps towards Kathleen, but she shrugs her away.
“Yeah, I bet he did, but you are letting him kiss you, which means you want him to!” She yells. She runs off, heading towards home. Elliot turns to chase after her to explain, but Olivia pulls him back.
“You are too drunk to do anything right now,” she says. She pulls him up the stairs to her apartment. Elliot stops and looks at her.
“I bet there is one thing I can still do,” he says. Olivia laughs, and pulls him inside.
She sits down on the couch, and Elliot sits next to her. Olivia moves herself to where she is now sitting on top of him. She kisses his lips, and he pulls himself against her. He tugs at her hair, and she wraps her arms around his body. She reaches to the bottom of his t-shirt, and pulls it off of him, their lips only parting when she has to pull the t-shirt off of his head. Their lips meet again, and Elliot slips a hand under the back of Olivia’s shirt. She pulls away for a moment, only to trace Elliot’s abs. Elliot takes this chance to make his move. He stands up, and Olivia wraps her legs around his waist to keep herself from falling. Elliot walks to Olivia’s room, and lays her down on the bed.
“Elliot, wake up,” Olivia whispers. She is sitting on top of him, stroking his stomach. Elliot slowly opens his eyes, only to see Olivia. He smiles, and she moves. He sits up, and glances at the clock.
“Olivia, we are late!” Elliot says. She smiles smugly at him.
“I talked to Captain already. He said to take as much time as we needed,” She says.
“You told Captain about this?” He questioned.
“No El, I didn’t. He guessed.” She looked at him, and he half-smiled at her. She came to where he sat on her bed, and she sat on his lap. She kissed him, then she got up and went to the bathroom.
“Elliot, I want to go to work,” She says. She comes out of the bathroom wearing work clothes, and brushing her hair.
“Of course you do Olivia,” He says. Elliot stands up and gets dressed. Olivia pulls out her cell phone, and calls Captain.
“Hey Cragen, we are on our way. Yeah, he’s right here. Well, I think so. No, I’m fine. No, Captain. Okay. Alright. Bye.” She puts her phone away as Elliot finishes getting ready. They skip breakfast, and walk outside, holding hands. Elliot stops, and pulls out his phone.
“I have to make a phone call,” he says. He slows his pace, and Olivia walks in silence. Elliot dials Kathy. She answers after one ring.
“Elliot, where in God’s name have you been? I have been so worried about you. Kathleen said she saw you last night, she came in crying. Elliot??” Elliot pauses, staying silent for a moment.
“Kathy, I need to tell you something.”
“What is it Elliot?”
“This isn’t easy to say, but…I slept with Olivia.”
“Well I knew this was coming.”
“I’m so---wait what did you say?”
“You and Olivia have been partners for a while, so I knew this day would come…”
“Well I wanted to tell you that it’s over, Kathy,” Elliot choked out.
“Elliot, I knew this would happen, so I’ve forgiven you, it’s okay.”
“No, Kathy, I don’t think I could love you anymore.” Elliot hangs up the phone, and Olivia walks towards him. She grabs his hand and kisses him on the cheek. They turn the corner, and walk into the Precinct.
Chapter 2-May 6, 2011
“Morning Elliot, Olivia,” Munch says. His eyes glance to Olivia’s hand, which is in Elliot’s.
“Alright you two, what happened? What’s with all the PDA?” Olivia just shrugs her shoulders, but Elliot leans down and kisses her. She kisses him back, and he picks her up. As the display continues, Captain walks in and clears his throat.
“You two should really get a room,” He states. Elliot and Olivia quickly pull away and Elliot sets her down.
Olivia smirks, “We’d have one if you all left.” Elliot laughs and gives her a good-job kiss.
“Enough of this, you two new love birds have got a rape to solve,” Cragen says.
Elliot grabs Olivia’s hand, and they head into Cragen’s office to get some information.
Chapter 3-May 13, 2011
Elliot and Olivia burst through the door of Olivia’s apartment, laughing and carrying on. They just had dinner at an Italian Restaurant to celebrate the capture of another rapist. Olivia heads to the kitchen to grab some water. Elliot follows her there. She reaches into the cabinet to grab a glass, and Elliot reaches under her shirt. She whips around in surprise, only to meet his lips. She pulls away to get some water, and says, “Hold on, big boy, I’m thirsty.”
He reluctantly pulls away, and when she is finished drinking, she pulls him into her bedroom. Elliot pushes her against the bed, and starts kissing her. He starts to unbutton her shirt, and she takes his off. She slides away for a moment.
“Hold on one second, El. I have to get something.”
“Fine,” he says. Olivia gets up, and heads towards the bathroom. She shuts the door behind her. Elliot waits for what feels like an eternity, but which is only 5 minutes.
“Olivia are you alright?” Elliot asks. He knocks on the bathroom door, but Olivia doesn’t answer.
“Olivia!!”
“…Yes???” She answers
“Are you alright?” He asks again. Olivia opens the door, and lets him inside the bathroom. She sits cross-legged in the bathroom. Elliot stares at her waiting for her to speak. She opens her mouth to speak.
“Elliot, I am ummm…” she mumbles. Elliot looks confused so Olivia hands him something. He stares at it, unable to speak. She takes it from his hands.
“Elliot?” She asks. She takes his hands, and holds them to her chest.
“So your pregnant. Well now we can start a family.” He says. He chuckles, and Olivia starts crying. He pulls her onto his lap, and hold her until she falls asleep.
“Here we go,” he mutters to himself.
