I really don't know,but it seems to me like Lucas cares a little bit more.He visited Haley when she was on tour while she called him only once.When Keith was shot Haley was happy with Nathan,while Lucas was so sad.I don't say it was wrong to be happy,but i think Haley should have been more there for Lucas,he helped her so many times,even sometimes when she was wrong.He helped her with Jamie and every time she was arguing with Nathan.
In the other hand Haley was good best friend to him,she wrote him letters in s8 and helped him to decide in s5,but for me is little bit more Lucas who cares. :)
