Yes, she's still beautiful, it doesn't matter what color her hair is. The blond looks really nice, but a pro of the brown is that it pops more against her skin, :)
umm, well, honestly, not really. i really like gaga..and not for her looks. for her style and boldness..that's soo much more important than what she looks like!
I don't really think she's pretty. She has very sharp features, it's a very individual look that she pulls of better than most other people ever could.
