I think you can. Caroline judges Damon and Elena as a couple because she's Stefan's friend, she doesn't like Damon and because he abused her in Season 1. Since Klaus kinda ruined Elena's life a little, actually KILLED Elena, took Stefan away for a summer and made him become a ripper and killed her aunt. Elena fell in love with Damon and Caroline judged her for it, so if Caroline falls in love with Klaus all I'm saying is she'd better apologize for judging.
