In the video Gordon Ramsay was testing and training a waiter at a restaurant who doesn’t have very good customer service skills. During the test, Gordon Ramsay was trying to get the waiter to smile, which he failed at. Then, Ramsay was trying to get the waiter to recommend one dish from the menu, which the waiter also failed at. He seemed very nervous and recommended “Chinese” in which Gordon Ramsay was shocked at hearing.
