Both events are "ALL AGE" events and minors are welcome.

IMPORTANT! Gene will sign one item for each VIP guest. Early KISS items would add the most value after being signed. Also, bring your own cell phone for the digital photo (it is a good idea to make sure the flash is on). An event coordinator will take the photos.

When you enter the venue you will be greeted by an event coordinator. You will receive your free promotional items and enter the concert area where you will meet with Gene and take the photos.

The Meet & Greet happens before the concert. VIP guest should arrive at the venue prior to 6:00 PM. When you get to the theater there will be two lines. Usually the line along the building is for general admission and the line along the street is for VIP guests (double-check once you arrive). VIP guests will enter the venue and meet with Gene prior to the doors opening to general ticket holders. VIP guests remain inside the venue and select their best viewing spot for the concert after meeting with Gene and before doors open to the public.

The first floor of the venue is open floor standing only. The second floor balcony overlooking the stage has cushioned bench seating (I always select the bench seating, it's comfortable with a great view of the stage).
