Here's my theory based on the latest trailer:

*****SPOILER ALERT*****
Master Xehanort's evil goal is to collect keywielders' hearts. By the end of the game, he will have defeated Ven, (possibly Aqua also), aquire their hearts BUT he'll be defeated by Terra. Terra, in the process of getting his friends' hearts back, loses himself to the darkness, his blue eyes turn to orange and after the battle he will become Ansem's apprentice who had lost his memories(remember?) Xehanort.
If you think i'm talking crazy, put a photo of Xemnas next to a photo of Terra. See the resemblance? The blue eyes are now orange and the brown hair has turned grey(like Master Xehanort's), but the face and the shape of the eyes are exactly the same!
If you get this, then you'll understand that when the apprentice Xehanort became a heartless, the hearts of Terra, Aqua and Ven were released into the wild. I wonder... where did they go...? :P
Ven > Sora
Aqua > Kairi
Terra > Riku
P.S. Ven's clothes are one half of Roxas' outfit in fake Twilight Town and one half Sora's in KH2.

and ven is not soras dad ven merges hearts with sora thats why and no terra did not merge with riku at least not by himself (and i mean he and xehanort also known as ansem when together did giving him the ability to hold a keyblade) and aqua is stuck in the realm of darkness she excaped many years after sora destroyed the organization and you see her talking to xemnas ok so i don't like theorys ok o yeah aqua created castle oblivion so she is pretty cool
