Confused with the relationship between sora and ventuse

So Ven went inside sora's heart when he was yung and when sora took out his heart in kh1 what happend to vens heart?

Well its because of Ven's heart that we have Roxas. When Sora used the Keyblade of Peoples Hearts in KH1, released his, Ven's, and Kairi's, hence Roxas' appearance. It is said that Ven's heart went to Roxas and returned to Sora's when Roxas returned to Sora. Hope that answers everything.
