Kingdom Hearts Question

I REALLY NEED HELP!!

I am sure all of you have played Kingdom hearts... and I LOVE the game and all but I can't seem to pass a level! :(
after Sora has to pass those tests in the Colosseum world, how/when do you get into the actual games and start competing?
Oh and does anybody know where/how I can find Alice??
And you have to go and meet this guy or something in one of the alleys? How do you get there? (that is in the first world Sora travels to after his World disappears.)

oh and like i've already found alice in a cage in the main throne room... the queen says I have to find alice.... cause she escapes and all.... and yeah i've used red trinity on the alley (like behind the hotels, into this sewage or river area thing) and i met this guy who told me to go and find another guy, and i have no idea where i can find him.... i think it's behind the red door with the picture of a flame oon it.... but that's locked! :(

3. if you mean leon, go to the place that sora meets yuffie and gets attacked by heartless. the alley there has a barred sewer entrance, use trinity on it. leons in there.

It's been a long time since I beat it but if I remember correctly:
1. You talk to Phil after a few worlds
2. One of the most confusing worlds but you go to the big, main room towards the beginning, and then you progress through and she'll be with the queen.
3. You need Red Trinty, and go to the Alleyway, and use Red Trinty in front of the bars. I believe you get Red Trinty after Olympus Colosseum or Wonderland.

2.- but i've done that already... then suddenly alice disappears... where do i find her then? oh n yeh i used red trinity, and like you go into this kind of sewage area or something like that and you meet this guy, and then that guy tells you to meet another guy in some other place in the alley, but that area was locked.... i think you had to go through this red door with a picture of fire on it

Use the spell Fire on that door. You can't find Alice after she dissappears. You have to wait until the end of the game.

Yep you can only find alice when you reach the end of the game. You will meet all the missing princesses
