I would say Axel. The majority of the KH characters are relatively well-spelled out, but Axel is a very complicated character. Not just because he'll make you laugh one minute and make you punch a wall the next, although he will, but because of his development altogether. He certainly wasn't likable at all times, but, in the end, I think that it worked out for him and he was successfully depicted as a good character. I won't really go into detail, not just because of spoilers, but because I'm feeling lazy. xP
