A light appeared from under me,so bright I had to squeeze my eyes together.Now I'm on this round surface.There's a man.He turns around to speak,but..."Alaina,time for school!,"my mom exclaimed.I sat up fast,my heart pounding like crazy.She came in not believing I woke up.She turned on the light just to see me staring at the wall."Are you okay,"she asked."I had the weirdest dream."I was falling,and then I was in the water,but I could still breathe!""Nice dream,"mom said."You're almost late for school so I suggest you wake up and prepare for the real world."She walked off,I guess she still hasn't woken up my brother."Yeah,because I just love getting to school on time,"I said sarcastically.
I stood up,got dressed,grabbed my book bag,and walked out the door.That's all I had time to do.When I walked in the school doors,I wanted to walk right back out.I didn't feel like breakfast, so I went straight to my class.Science class is easy.All you have to do is finish your work and the rest of class is whatever you want it to be.I'm just glad the teachers here aren't strict.I finished all my work in time to have fifteen minutes of sleep since I stayed up late last night.I closed my eyes,ignoring the outside world,because when I close my eyes the only world that exists is mine.

"Why is everyone trying to wake me up all the time?""Sorry,but you knew we had a dance today so you shouldn't have gone asleep anyways.""You going,"I asked."Well yeah,aren't you?""No,but that's not really important right now.""If you see a lamp,bring it to me,please.""Fine,but what would a lamp be doing in the gym anyways?""Idk,but if you see it just grab it for me.""Okay."She went to the dance and I stayed behind.

Everyone raced to the hall hoping to beat the time limit,and if they don't,detention.I was one of the last people out since I sat in the back.I opened my locker as fast as I could,And there it was,the lamp."Omg,I actually found it!,"I exclaimed.I didn't care if anyone heard me.I did like those people did in those movies and rubbed the lamp.A genie came out.Surprisingly no one was here to see it."Hellooo,"the genie exclaimed."The name's Genie,nice to meet you,now let's get down to those wishes,"he said really fast."Just what I like to hear.""Any three wishes,right?,"I asked.
