Kakashi Question

True-Blue Kakashi Fans A Couple of Questions- PLZ Help

And/or I have a really foggy memory or I am not familiar - but I was needing time frames for a bit more detail. So Kakashi Sensei or Kakashi/Naruto Fans please help, if you would. ;)

1.) How old was Kakashi when he first entered the Anbu Black Ops? <and when he exited>?

2.) Around what age/time in Kakashi's life did he acquire the eye w/the sharingan?

3.) Has Kakashi ever been involved in a relationship (& if so~ when/what age/time)?

Ages & time frames are what I really need.

Thank you! I did find out a few things but you were MOST helpful. I know about the birth date because it is three days after mine ^~^ (and blood type- O positive right?)

One of those are wrong...he acquired Obito's eye on the same day he became a Jounin at age, 13. (Not 6)
