should Kai and a OC character be a much better couple?

its not that i dont think that the main characters and Kai arent a good couple but i just keep on thinking if an OC character and Kai is better im just wondering so you guys tell me if you think an OC character is better with kai or the main character (like Hilary and Mariah)
