My wife and I have Justin Bieber MEET AND GREET passes, also concert tickets (you also get to see Carly Rae Jepsen). We aren't able to go and are wanting to sell the tickets. These are extremely rare meet and greet tickets to get. The show is for St. Louis this coming weekend! Respond here if interested.
