You’re hanging out with Justin and the crew outside in the backyard to Scooter and Carin’s house. Everyone is there; Pattie, Kenny, Allison, Dan, Alfredo, Jeremy, Erin, Jazzy and Jaxon, some of his dancer and Scooter and Carin, obviously. It is almost too many to catch up with. Seeing as you have been together with Justin for two years now, you know pretty much everyone. Unfortunately though, you haven’t been able to see Jeremy and Erin along with Justin’s siblings as much as you wished you could. You had been busy with school and if you weren’t busy with school there was always work and now and then you would fly out to spend a few days with Justin while he was away.
You watch with a smile on your lips as Justin is running around, playing some soccer with Jazmyn, Jaxon, Kenny, Alfredo and Carin. You can’t help the admiration swelling in your chest when you notice just how loving and considerate Justin is with his family and friends; especially Jazzy and Jaxon. You’re pulled away from your thoughts when Pattie nudges your arm. Raising your eyebrows, you silently ask her to elaborate. She lets out a melodic laugh and motions for you to look towards the yard again. Meeting Carin’s gaze, her face breaks out into a grin. “Finally! Come join me, lazy ass. Jazzy and I need another girl on our team!”
Laughing, you stand up from the chair and lightly jog up to her. When you reach them, you bend down so you’re at Jazmyn’s height. She beams at you and reach her small arms into the air, signalizing for you to carry her. You let out a laugh, gently scooping her up and swinging her around on your back. “Are you guys ready now? That’s what I’ve been saying… Girls and soccer don’t mix together.” Justin yells teasingly, sending you a playful wink once his eyes meets yours. You poke your tongue out at him and haul Jazmyn farther up on your back. Securing your arms around her legs, you give Carin a ‘good to go’ nod. She smirks and takes of running towards Kenny, snatching the ball from him. You run along on the opposite side of the small field as you pay closely attention to the ball. Jazmyn can’t contain her giggles as she bounces up and down on your back while you run and that makes you smile too. She is so adorable. “[Y/N]!” Carin shouts suddenly and you watch as she kicks the ball across the grass towards you. Too caught up in the moment, you run to meet it but end up slipping slightly before you can kick it for real. You feel your foot come in contact with it though but you are too busy with keeping your balance, not only for your own sake but also because of little Jazmyn now being your responsibility as well.
“OW! Damn…” The sudden curse words catch your attention and you snap your head up, trying to locate the owner. You don’t know if you want to laugh or run and help him when you see Justin on the ground, clutching his groin. Deciding to be a good girlfriend, you gently put Jazmyn safely back down on the ground and run towards your boyfriend. Justin is still wincing and groaning, letting out hushed cuss words when you kneel down beside him. When he sees you, he wails loudly and clutches his crotch even more. “You know… This is all your fault.” He groaned out, taking a deep breath, “Who knew my girl had such a good kick, huh?” He tries to let out a laugh but it’s quickly stopped by him trying to control his breath and the small occasional groans and grunts. “Oh my god, I’m so sorry, babe! I didn’t mean to! I slipped and I didn’t want to trip over with Jazzy on my back and-” You ramble on, pouting your lips at Justin until he stops you. This time, he actually manages to laugh clearly. He hoists himself up so he’s sitting next to you, wincing slightly. “I know, baby. And I’m glad you thought of my sister first.” He says sincerely and you smile. Suddenly, he leans closer and you feel his hot breath on your ear. “That doesn’t mean you’re off the hook though. I expect a check up from nurse [Y/N] when we get home tonight.” He smirks, giving you a wicked grin and you can’t help but laugh at the foolish guy you called your boyfriend - the boy you love.
