In Forney, Texas, Main Street is officially Justin Beiber Way today. Why? Because their mayor is a huge Justin fan. She’s also 11, did we mention that? Caroline Gonzalez is enjoying her reign as “Mayor for a Day,” a title she won by competing in an essay contest. Renaming Main Street in honor of Justin was her first order business when she took office.
