You smile to yourself as you sit on the couch, preoccupied with a book you had gotten last week. It is obvious that you are having a ‘chill day’, considering that you’re dressed in sweats and one of Justin’s t-shirts. Your hair is in a messy bun and now and then you have to tuck back a few strands falling into your face, tickling your skin.

Justin is in the studio for the day; preparing some stuff for the new single, planning a music video and some news about some sort of promotion tour he would have to do eventually.

You let your eyes trail over every single clothing item in the closet. When you can’t find anything, you let out a frustrated huff and sit down on the bed. Staring into the empty air, you let your thoughts wander and that is exactly how Justin finds you ten minutes later. Sitting on the bed, wearing nothing but underwear. You’re brought out of your own little world when he starts to talk.

“Babe, what are you doing? Why aren’t you dressed yet?” Justin asks and even though he tries his best to hide it, you can still hear the slight frantic undertone in his voice.

“I-I… I don’t think...

“This is it, girls. We win this and it will be our best season in ten years. I’m proud of each and everyone you. You’ve come so far since we started the season. Just do your best and have fun out there today, okay?”

The room is filled with hollers and cheers and a chorus of yes, coach. Taking a deep breath, you try your best to calm yourself down. You know that practically everybody on the team, including the coach, are counting on you to secure the victory - which is exactly why you’re nervous.

There’s a knock on the door to the locker room and everyone’s head snap towards it automatically....
