he has b/c when u talk ur voice is lyk deep and when u sing ur voice changes cuz my friend is from england and she has an acent when she talks but when she sings she sounds lyk me btw i love justin drew bieber!!!!!!!!!!
its the editing . they make his voice sound like a girl so we wont notice hes gone through puberty. he cant sound like a girl when he sings one day then sound like a guy the next.he dont sound like a girl when he talks.
