"Alice?" Jasper said quietly from the doorway.

Suddenly I had a vision of Alec, the small boy like vampire. He was walking down the hall, coming to deliver us the final verdict.

Edward stiffened instantly, his whole body rigid with fear. He wrapped his arms around Bella, to protect her from whatever was going to come through that door. I heard Bella whimper softly as she buried her head into Edward's chest, afraid of what will caused him to react. I scooted a bit closer,...

End of Chapter 4

Peter had found an opportunity to escape. He begged me to go with him, but I just couldn't leave. I felt horrible, Maria had changed me...I felt loyalty to her. If I left, who would protect her?

I couldn't leave, but I helped Peter get away. He promised to come back for me, to come and see that I was free. I begged him to get away and never return, but he wouldn't listen..he kept saying that he wouldn't leave me here alone forever...then he was gone.

Maria was enraged...

Ok I know..this one has no journal entry.....but I had to do it so that the set up would be correct. I will probably be writing a few of my stories today...I hurt myself last night..so I'm out of commission...can't go do anything fun...darn it. Don't worry...i'm fine!! Thanks love to all!!
