Joss Whedon Question

What are Joss' feminist views?

Like, I know he said he was raised to be a radical feminist. Does he consider himself one? Does he ever describe what variants of feminism he subscribes to?

After reading your question I did a little research. I couldn't find the answers you were looking for (and at this point, me too) but I did find a very interesting article Joss Whedon posted on whedonesque.com It's his response to an 'honor killing' (as if such a thing existed) that was posted online. A young girl was murdered by her family and on-lookers. From this horrific situation comes a certainly thought provoking conversation. I think this might give you atleast in part an answer you are looking for.

Interesting (and disturbing). From Joss' comments on female oppression, he does sound like a radical feminist.
