I saw something on Wiki on the Dark Shadows Tim Burton movie page. Tim Burton said himself that the end (spoilers don't read if you haven't seen.) The end where the doctor opens her eyes was for the nature of the soap opera part. Tim Burton said in that case there won't be a sequel but you never know.

Yes, because if they do then he will get more fans and there will be a lot of people that will watch it, especially since the first one was a big hit. It is honestly my favorite movie. And i think he will make a great Barnabas Collins

As far as I've been able to find there are no plans for a Dark Shadows 2 but I'd love one. I really love the first one.
I gotta check out the old TV show.

My 8 year old ID twins and i would love to see another Dark Shadows movie from Johnny Depp cuz he is so comical and and you can't leave us hanging.

You should make a dark shadows too I really like that you've made tons of movies but dark shadows was funny and I really liked it it was an outgoing movie that everyone loved so please make a sequel
