I was mortified to hear john's interest in letting one of the manson's murderers go free after 40 years. his arguement is that she has served enough time, over 40 years. so what. she killed 2 people and that's that. i don't care that she was under manson's spell. she made a choice. i remember when it happened and john tries to explain it away that everyone was using drugs, etc., NO THEY WERE NOT.
