Selena's P.O.V.

DS (dream sequence)

We sat in the tree house, just staring out into the night.

Just me & him...

"Selena, we should go now." he said, sitting next to me.

He was tired & was trying to hide it.

"Nick, if your tired you can go to sleep." I said, just staring out into the sky.

"No. I don't want to leave you here alone." he said, I looked at him and slowly smiled.

"Your sweet Nick, but I'll be fine. Plus, I want to stay out here for a while." I said.

He looked up into the night sky, "Why? There's nothing cool about the dark night." he stated.

"Come on!" My best friend Selena encouraged me as she sat down on one of the beds in the hotel room we were sharing, "you two are perfect for each other! ask any one. I know you can do this" "I know!" I replied as I sat next to her "but what if I can't! then it will totally mess up our friendship and I really don't want to lose that." I explained. " I understand" Selena sympathized "but it's now or never". I knew Sel was right I have to. I took a deep breath and said shakily "okay".
