Season 3 was about Pam suffering, watching the guy she likes with another woman. Now, they have both grown and matured and I think they are ready for a relationship. Pam and Jim have both become stronger people, who can speak their minds instead of keeping it all bottled up. I think Pam will be pleasantly surprised at how wonderful a boyfriend Jim will be. Unlike Roy, he'll be supportive of her dreams, do things she wants to do, and just be there for her. I can't wait!!! And, I think the episode where Jim and Pam tell everyone will be hilarious!!! Pam has always loved jim deep down. besides, if pam says no, she is not smart at ALL. jim is hot. pam is pretty. they NEED each other.
