yeah, he really bugs me upon reading the succeeding pages of new moon. -_-". Specially when Edward Cullen warned bella from seeing Jacob and of course bella will refrain doing happy stuff together with jacob (oops! spoiler! sorry just can't help it), but well yeah its too complicated, but at least he should understand the word best friend. But I'm not against him, though,

i like edward, but i couldn't even read the parts where he was saying how the pack were a 'danger', and how he wouldn't let her go and see Jake. It really annoyed me. I so agree jeyton4eva, it really got to me when he broke her truck to stop her going to jake!

They were all on their worst behavior in Eclipse... but all their motivations were out of love so I guess I can't fault them. I was a teenager like they were... a long time ago ;)

now that i think about it YES because he LEFT and jacob looked after bella and made her happier than what she was after edward left and then hes goes and bes a bastard to jacob ASSHOLE!!!!!! even though i like him too and jacob :P

he was acting like her father.overly protecting bella from jacob.he know that jacob wont harm her.still scared.i like edward.but i hate the parts were he prevent bella from meeting jacob.especially wat he did to her truck.

Bella has the damn right to go see or do whatever she wants to do without the leech's permission.
