Solo artist IU and Yoo Hee Yeol recently attended the event for Sony Korea’s MDR launch, where the two posed for the media as they promoted the headphones.
The MDR-Z7 is Sony‘s latest release, and is characterized as utilizing “high-resolution audio” technology, and in addition to superior sound quality, also boasts a 70㎜ diameter diaphragm, as opposed to the standard 40㎜. The diaphragm is said to be composed of aluminum-coated liquid crystal polymers, and the body is made of metal. The MDR-Z7 is priced at 699,000 Won, which is approximately $655.

Singer Jang Gi Ha opened up about his relationship with IU on the June 28th broadcast of MBC FM4U's 'Tei's Dreaming Radio'.

DJ Tei asked Jang Gi Ha which surprise of his IU liked the most, and the band vocalist commented, "There are a lot. It's too much to call them an event, but I express my feelings often. She's shooting a drama right now, and I've shown up on set to cheer her on."

He added, "We don't have enough time to date these days, but we're getting along well."

Released on October 14 at midnight KST, the black-and-white clip gives fans a taste of the audio as well as the visual concept of IU’s new track. Proving that less is sometimes more, she grasps your attention with her effortlessly beautiful appearance and an equally stunning voice.

IU and indie artist Hyukoh recently performed in front of thousands of fans at the Infinity Challenge Yeongdong Expressway Song Festival, but their latest encounter was much more low key.

On September 17, High Grnd released a video of IU and Hyukoh performing Hyukoh′s Gondry for a small crowd at a cafe near Hongdae.

IU and Hyukoh′s performance is the perfect soundtrack to usher in fall.

Meanwhile, Band Hyukoh will be holding its first exclusive concert at the Hyundai Card Understage on September 18.

On April 29, she posted to Instagram, "I'm still better than Hanteo oppa (manager," along with a clip that shows the dainty singer's batting skills.

She was able to successfully hit two balls in a row, but it seems things didn't go quite as planned.
