no,there will be no iron man 4 because the ending of the story in iron man 3 tony stark is operated because he's okay already he dont need already the ark reactor to keep him alive because he's feeling ok and then tony stark says good bye to being a iron man but he still keeps his suit and continuing having fun in hi-tech things you know charlez if you feel sad dont be because tony stark signed a contract for 2 more movies in avengers he will be still there maybe he will create a ark reactor like the villain in iron man 2 did.............

the ending to the last one was pretty disappointing and if you ask me, a little pathetic. :(
I don't think there will be another Iron Man and I heard rumors while surfing the internet that the actor that was playing him at the time is no longer potraying him.
