Invader Zim FanCharacters

Invader Zim FanCharacters Question
I am considering creating a second original character. As with my first, he's a unique idea never before used. Although none of you know me, what do you think about...
...an Irken character gone wrong?
My proposal is of a character simply called "Ambassador Una". (Despite the girlish name, Una is male.) He is an Irken character who was somehow screwed up in the process of his creation.
The result was an extremely kind, compassionate creature who sought diplomatic ties and trade between unconquered realms and the Irken Empire.
Ever disgusted by war, Una believed that his country could be far better if it sought peaceful ties with neighboring planets and peoples, and he opposed the Assigning and the militian ideals carried on by every Tallest for centuries.
He would have been eliminated by some sort of Irken firing squad ages ago, if it wasn't for one special quality. Una is tall. VERY TALL. In the list of the tallest Irkens, he's in ninth place, and according to Irken governance, he's ninth in line to succeed to power. (To those with Tallest OCs, I'm not seeking your throne, so he won't interfere there.)
Here's his background:
When the Assigning came, the Tallest of the time knew that they needed to get rid of Una before nine other Tallest could pass. None of them wanted a peacemonger like him in power.
Una was sent to custodial duty on Planet Dirt (where Tak was banished to), but turned out to be far too happy and productive. Instead of suffering, he rose in the ranks and very nearly became the colonial governor. Not wanting a peaceful Planet Dirt, he was relocated to Food Court, and assigned the job of cashier. Again, his attitude and demeanor rose him in the ranks, and he found himself in charge of an entire franchise of food restaurants all over the galaxy. He implemented sweeping reforms ranging from forty hour work weeks to health benefits to dental care, and even two weels' paid vacation time. The fast food corporation ruled by Una was dispersed across the galaxy on most of the annexed planets, and everywhere, slave employees rejoiced at their quasi-freedom, pay raise, and new rights.
