In IE Go episode 34, Fuyuka muttered that Taiyou reminded her of someone. Anyone know who?

I know Ichino (I won't say the other name) referred Taiyou to Ichinose from IE,
but Fuyuka surely doesn't know him so I thought, could it be Hiroto?
The wiki said they have similarities.
I was just curious :)
