Sorry for the annoying question.... Why is there a pokemon sign in the Genesis uniform?

actually its just a uniform all the animes are similar to each other in atleast one way B.T.W its not a pokemon sighn it is used when they press it they get more power but it also nurts a little for using it it was in the anime episode 60 or close to 60

actually those are their limiters
press the circle then the lines will spin then their power will be released
