I was worried about that...
In pilot chapter, Orihime died...
and looking at other couples in Bleach,
and none of them get happy ending.

I had a lot of strange thoughts about
how Orihime could lose her life,
but now I think there would it be too much drama.
Remember when Orihime left to Hueco Mundo
and depressed Ichigo because of this?
Can you imagine what would happen if Ichigo failed in protect Orihime?
Yeah... to much drama...
