Epic Fail

So here we are, chapter 2 of All in the Family! Sorry that it has taken me so long to update…I’m a little short on ideas and have had little time to update! Some months go by and Lisa is huge. She is eight months pregnant and her belly now is really, really big. One morning they wake up. She doesn't have to go to work and House has taken a few days off to take care of her.
He opens his eyes and yawns. ‘Hey... how are you?’
‘I feel good. Like last days, about to explode.’ She chuckles. ‘No, seriously, I'm good. And how are you?’
‘I'm fine... anxious to see our son's face...’
‘We just have to wait a couple of weeks for that.’
House smiles at her. ‘I love you...’
They are still lying on bed and she holds his hand. ‘I love you too.’...

Even though, she looked up at him shocked, she didn’t pull her foot back, much to House’s surprise. He looks at his digital watch, then, looks up at her.
“I’ve gotta go.”
She nods, in return to his statement.
“See ya soon?”
Cuddy asks him.
“You would like that, wouldn’t you?”
“Oh, just leave already.”
He smiles, and walks out, without paying for his meal.
The heels of her shoes made a clunk sound as she walked on the pavement path, on the grounds of Michigan.

She states without looking behind her.

House was alone in his office, his eyes closed as he listened to a rare piece of Rolling Stones vinyl. Lying on his ottoman chair he lost himself in the music. Out of the blue, the record stopped. House opened his eyes to find Cuddy standing there, looking out of the window he noticed it was late; the lights were turned off with just the glare of the corridor lights providing a soft glow on Cuddy’s legs, which he started his gaze at before moving slowly up to her emerald green eyes staring down at him.
