It's time for Cuddy to return home. She feels so guilty about everything has happened: her and House, Lucas, the fight, everything. She tries to find an excuse in order not to return home. But she knows she has to deal with this. It can't wait any longer, because it was something she delayed for a long time. She picked her jacket and left the office.
While she was walking to her car, Wilson called her: "Hey Lisa, wait a sec".
