House get ready and left, he looked elegant, handsome, but his face show that he is not happy, and doesn’t want to go in this date. But without moving on, he will never forget Cuddy. Wilson was right saying that maybe she is the only one who could fit for him. And House missed his chance.
He took his car and went to pick his date. He stopped near her house, she lived in calm street, when House turned off engine he could heard just himself. It wasn’t so late, but it was very silence, no dogs or kids screams. He love it, he sit in his car and enjoyed silence, there he could to think. He start scared to go out from car, to go into date , to admit that he lost Cuddy, that is over.
But after 10minutes he realised, that if he won’t try to move on and forget her he will stay alone forever, and he doesn’t want it.
He get out from his car and went to the door, he get deep breath and pushed the bell. After minute doors opened and he saw beautiful lady standing front of him. She was little bit younger than Cuddy , had long fair hair, big light green eyes and good body. She was smiling at him very lovely.
“- Hey, come in , I just will take my handbag “, she left open doors and went to the room in corridor end. He come in and looked around, her house was very beautiful, lovely decorate with white piano. “- So how is my home..?”, she said with smile, when she noticed him watching around. ”-Good, too bad that I’m not romantic girl...”, he get smiled at her and felt very idiotic of that.
They left and get drive to the restaurant. It was small French restaurant with romantic light and a lot of flowers. Their table was in corner, very privacy, and looked little bit too much for first date.
“- I love this place... in new jersey I live just a couple month, I didn’t knew that there is such as lovely place.”, he didn’t answered, House doesn’t know how to talk to her, he haven’t been in date very long time, he is not romantic, he doesn’t know how to be romantic.
“- When you asked me to date I just knew that you are very good doctor, very smart and good looking, so I was excited to accept, ...but later people in hospital said that you are jerk, very rude with people, and you like to say the truth as worse as you can.” “- I knew that they doesn’t like me... “, he made a joke and she get loath very girly. “ No one is perfect....”, they looked at each other and he felt guilty of something, “- Yes, it is, but they was right, I’m jerk...so if you want I could bring you home, you doesn’t have to suffer this date..”, she looked at him lovely, that sound very nice, maybe he is not so bad what people talk. “- it’s not suffering yet, let it go how it is, and we will see....”, she get smiled at him, and it very surprised him.
They start eating, drinking vine and having nice conversation. They have a lot of matches. “- I saw how you looked at my piano, maybe you play too?”, it wasn’t so bad to talk to her, “- I thought if Cuddy will fired me I could work at the bar... I have the same piano, just black one.” she get smiled of his joke, and House love it. In restaurant played very nice songs, and she start watching at couples dancing, “- I’m sorry but my leg hurt... I think I should stop dancing brake,”, she get smiled lovely, “-Oh...it’s ok, I could stand without dances...” she was smiling at him and he left undeserved, he is jerk and one day he will hurt her. “- Look, don’t be scared , if you want to say something rude or to make joke, then do, I’m not porcelain...would be better if I will knew what you want to say now, then later..” she was talking like she knew what he is thinking. His face showed his surprise. “- I’m sorry it’s just I am what I am...”, she get smiled, she didn’t expect him to be sorry, “- I see you haven’t been in date very long time....let’s go to dance...I know your leg hurt but slow dance won’t be very hurtful ,” she said it very ordered and he couldn’t said no.
They went to the dance floor and start dance slowly close to each other, he felt weird, not often he being so close to beautiful woman. She was smiling, she start like him, no matter what people talk, but he is funny, smart and good looking. Suddenly in the middle of song he saw something coming to the restaurant, he get shocked, he doesn’t know what to do. He get looked at his date and kissed her quickly, after kiss he ruined out from restaurant. She was shocked, she stand there frozen, but after minute she ruined out after him. “- Thank goodness you are still there...” she found him standing outside not far from restaurant door. “- I’m sorry..”, he felt shamed, “- It’s ok, it wasn’t so bad.... just please don’t run away, I forgot my wallet”, he get smiled, and felt relieved. She came closer and caress his shoulder, “- I understand...I saw administrator came to restaurant , I heard that you liked Dr. Cuddy”, she looked at him very caring. “- It’s be better if I bring you home”, his voice was sad. She took his wallet and went to pay cause he shouldn’t have to see Cuddy in restaurant gain. House drive her home, when he turned off engine she thanked him for date. He was watching her going home, she is pretty and funny, too bad that he can’t forget Cuddy, maybe that nurse would fit for him too.
