Cuddy woke-up flustered and exhausted. Turning onto her side, and checking the alarm clock, it read 9am. She cursed out loud, realizing she was late for her first day, knowing that Matthews’ was a stickler for punctuality, she squeezed herself into her black pencil skirt she bought especially for her first day, and pulled on a navy v-neck jumper that was hanging off her laundry basket.

Nearly falling over as she pulled on her black high heels, she grabbed her black large collared jacket, tying the belt tight around her tiny waist. She ran out the door, only to come running back, realizing she had left her I.D card and car keys.

Once she got out of her apartment building, she saw the snow and ice on the ground, before sighing and shouting in frustration as she climbed inside her stone cold car, and drove the five miles to the hospital.

By the time she had parked, and ran carefully to the entrance of the newly built hospital she looked at the large clock in the lobby and could nearly cry right then and there when she saw she was now fifteen minutes late.

“…The woman’s weight keeps fluctuating, so I think we need to check her thyroid first-” Matthews stopped mid sentence, when he saw a dishevelled Lisa Cuddy burst through the door of his very grandiose office.

Cuddy looked at House and the blonde man, who were sitting opposite Matthews, who was casually sitting in his large leather armchair.

“Glad to see you Miss Cuddy-”

“Doctor. Doctor Cuddy.” She bit at him, House tried to hide his smile, as she both talked back to her boss, and arrived late, on the same day.

“If you’re ever late again, Doctor, be sure you’ll never see me giving you a third chance.” He gestured for her to sit down, “These will be the people you’ll see more of in your entire three years, than you’ll see of yourself in the mirror. That’s Davis, and House.”

Cuddy smiled weakly at the hand Davis leant out, choosing to just get on with their patient’s treatment. “Do we have a patient?” Cuddy took off her jacket, and put it on the side of the sofa the three of them were sharing.

“I have a patient. His thyroid is overreacting, so you are going to test it.” He got up, and retired to behind his large wooden desk, as the three of them stood up to leave. Davis was first, not holding the door for Cuddy, but House stepped in front of her, and held it open for her. She looked up at him, slightly stunned by his sudden politeness. Cuddy walked underneath his arm, before he followed her.

“Tell me this shift isn’t a full day?” House looked at her, “We’re off the clock at five am. I told you this would be fun.” He said with a conniving smile, before walking ahead of her, as she shook her head in disbelief.

When Cuddy got her first break at midnight, the whole of the hospital was like a ghost town. As she sat in the hospital cafeteria, toying with her green leaf salad, she looked up when she noticed a plate being put down on her table.
“Please. Sit down without asking.” In her sarcastic voice, she gave an annoyed look at Davis, with the blonde highlights in his hair. His tie, pulled all the way up to his throat, with his perfectly ironed white shirt tucked in to his tight black trousers.

“Thank you.” He sounded even dumber than he looked, his voice very stilted and his smile was as fake as his hair.

House was sitting in the corner, with his large soda cup, sucking on the straw playfully, as he watched Davis attempt to flirt with Cuddy.

“I’m sorry. I’m really tired, I just want to be left alone right now.” Cuddy tried being polite, but he still didn’t get the message, as he leant his arm out to touch her hair.

House sat-up attentively when he saw his sickly sweet face smile at her, as he felt up her face.

“What are you doing?” Cuddy asked, whilst pushing his hand away. “Your pretty.” Cuddy scoffed, her mouth wide open, “I’m not a piece of meat. I’m a doctor.” Davis smiled in a patronising way, “Of course you are.”

When Cuddy stood up to leave, he mirrored her, and when he wouldn’t move, she kicked him in the shin. “Jerk.” She stormed off, as House watched her, before looking back to Davis who was cowering on the floor in the foetal position.

“Hey!” House walked over to him, picking him up by his tight tie-knot. “Daddy’s boys like you are all the same.” He let him go, as he crashed into the leg of the chair, hitting the side of his head on it.

House took his plate of food, a large steak with fries, and walked out of the cafeteria.

The hospital hallways were empty, except for a few nurses and cleaners; he walked into the women’s bathroom. It was empty, every stall but one was open, and he could hear a faint cry, but it was stifled.

“Who’s there?” Cuddy’s voice came from the closed stall, as she noticed an unusually large sneaker for a woman, as she peered at it from the stall she had locked her self in.

“House.” He lowered his voice, not wanting to cause her to lash out at him. “Did you bring food in here?” Cuddy asked with a slight confusion. “He wasn’t eating it while he was crying on the floor. I think you broke his leg.” House was speaking in between eating the fries, as he sat up on the counter space between the sinks.

“Yeah well, he deserved it.” Cuddy dried her last tear with her crunched up piece of toilet paper, before unlocking the door, and seeing House sitting next to the sinks opposite her stall.

“Why are you in the women’s bathroom?” A slight smile came across her face, as she walked towards the bin, before throwing her tissue in it.

Cuddy checked her watch; “I can’t believe it’s midnight already. I need some sleep.” Cuddy rubbed her eyes, and ran her hands through the stray curls from her hair.

“I’m going to try and relax in one of the resident’s rooms.” She looked up at House, “Do you want to come with me?” There was a pause, as House looked away from her slightly, “It’s okay if you don’t, sorry I asked-”

“Sure. Just, don’t keep apologizing to everybody.” He slid off the counter, and they both made their way to the resident’s building, across the walkway.

There was a sign that read “Silence at all times please.” the rooms that were occupied had a sign on the door handle; there was one spare one at the end of the long corridor.

Cuddy hung her hand slightly on the door handle opening it ajar staring at each other. Within the vacuum of silence it felt like a lifetime.

“There’s only one room.” Cuddy’s voice was almost a whisper. House reached inside the room, brushing past her waist, to retrieve the ‘Do not disturb’ sign. The slight brush made Cuddy swallow a lump in her throat, as the friction caused an electric spark between them.

“No-one will come in with this outside.” House looked at the sign, before Cuddy walked into the room backwards, with House following her closely, their eyes not looking away from each other. He put the sign on the door handle, as it closed behind them slowly.

“I never realized how blue your eyes were.” She looked at him, entranced. “Eyes are just eyes, aren’t they?” His words were made to dampen the flame, but they just made it burn longer.

“You can have the bed, I don’t really feel like sleeping.” He walked towards the lone chair that was placed in the corner of the small box room, which was dressed very plainly. Cuddy turned on the lamp that was sitting on the nightstand.

Cuddy slipped her feet out of her heels, before unzipping her skirt, so it fell to the ground. Cuddy didn’t notice, but House was looking at every square inch of her smooth body.

Climbing underneath the small cream bed sheet, she unhooked her bra, and pulled it through her sleeve before dropping it on the nightstand. Looking over at House, she gave him a leading look.

“Are you sure you don’t want to share?” Her voice was quiet, as House stood up and walked over to the bed, pulling off his wrinkled blue shirt, he climbed underneath the covers, which Cuddy lifted up.

The looked into each others eyes, before House put his long arm around her petite frame, as she naturally placed her head on his bare chest and closed her eyes. House switched the lamp off with his free hand, while the other softly stroked her curls.

Not able to sleep himself, he just watched Cuddy, liking the closeness he felt with her, after all these years detaching himself from everybody around him.
House had decided to go and see cuddy at her house. He had witnessed the baby being born in the OR but had also seen her fail to breathe. Cuddy had been left shell shocked and immediately left the hospital and went home. It was like things were moving in slow motion-she crawled up on top of her bed and just lay there. Then she heard a knock on the door. Should she open it?

(House knocked on the door with his cane-he had ridden on his motorcycle to Cuddy’s house. He had thought about all the horrible things he told her the past couple of days, and realized he was just reflecting his own insecurities...

Earlier that day, Wilson had told him to talk to Cuddy. He said in his glib tone,"You've got an itch that needs to be scratched. Well, lucky for you she's a doctor."
House wished he had never told his friend about the makeout session in Cuddy's home and the almost sex that occured. But who was he really kidding? He had to get this off his chest. Ever since that night he and Cuddy had been keeping distance from one another which was unrealistic, given the circumstances. She was his boss and he usually had to go to her for approval for his insane medical procedures. So, after hours of replaying...

So.... i pretty much explained it in the title, i thought: loads of people seem to be saying huddy is great or its going to happen in the sixth season, so i should put all the quotes/interviews together into one big super OMG huddy is gonna happen finally article ( the best kind). So... starting with Katie Jacobs, because that was when we got confirmed season 5 huddy : ) : ) : ).

From the Fox Press Tour, ausiello files tv.

After watching all of season four I have come to the opinion that House and Cuddy are deeply in love with one another they just don't realize it completely. The entire season they were more light-hearted and teasing with each other than I think I have ever seen them. I mean there is a whole episode devoted to the two running pranks on each other. Then there is the infamous yet hilarious thong episode in which House ordered his underlings to steal Cuddy's panties. Wilson even thought it was more than a simple challenge when he said, "Some people would call that wooing."
In addition,there is...

So that is House. The Psych thought as a cripple entered the room.
“I suppose you know who I am already so I’ll do a fast test-“
“Guess what I am thinking now.” The Psych said.
Why don’t they believe her? Is it so weird to have supernatural powers? Ok , yes it is.
“That was predictable.” House said. People are always predictable The Psych had to agree with him. He was indeed predictable. A palm tree how original!
“Palm tree. Gosh why do people always think in palm trees?”
“Were you thinking about a palm tree?” Cameron giggled. Why should House think in a palm tree? That’s...

This is my Huddy poem...I dont really like my last stanza... :) but oh well...if you are true huddy fans, you'll understand what im talking about...

HUDDY POEM

Blue on blue,
Sea on sky.
They're not together,
I wonder why.

Short on tall,
Opposites attract.
They love each other,
And that is fact.

Both so arrogant,
Yet, both so cute.
No wonder their relationship,
Is hard to fluke.

Gregory House,
and Lisa Cuddy.
So perfect together,
They make Huddy...

pretty gay... :P

Well...I don't know if it's any good...I just started to write because I had one of these rare moments of creativity.
English is not my first languages so there might be some mistakes in it.

I'm looking for me
I never come to rest
I'm looking for me.
You are the one who knows me best.

I'm recovering pieces of my soul
but I'm too afraid of what I could find out so I back away
There's a big black hole.
And no reason for me to stay.

So now I'm running from myself
without destination at all.
I'm running from myself
and wait for someone to break my fall.

I'm as insecure as you
maybe even more
No matter what...

How Cuddy has changed
How Cuddy has changed
As Season 5 is approaching us and a major Huddy arc has been announced, many people will be holding thier breath and crossing their fingers as Huddy comes to dominate our screens. Thinking over all of this, as with the touching season finale still fresh on my mind, I thought I would write an article about my beloved ship, Huddy, but I wouldn't be talking about our favourite moments, or how cute they are together or anything you would normally find in a crazy Huddy shipper's rant. Instead I thought I would look at House's view, literally his perspective of Cuddy and how it has changed through...

A/N thanks for all your comments!

Cuddy opened the door wider and saw her underwear hanging on his cane. She desperately tried to run to him and got them back, but House had already managed to drive away.

The next day Cuddy came to work earlier, decided to wait for House at the reception near the clinic. He was late, as always, which didn’t surprise her at all. He walked past her, taking the files from the desk.

“Good morning Dr. House” she said trying to start the conversation in the polite way.

“Good morning Dr. Cuddy” he answered reading the documents in his way to the elevator and...

A Happy Life: Chapter 5

13: I talked to Simon's parents and they said he was a healthy kid. They wanted to know why I needed the information. They didn't buy my story about needing it to put with Rachel's records. I had to tell them.

[House looks back towards Cuddy. House sighs and puts his hand to his brow and rubs.]

House: You can't make up one lie. How did Foreman ever believe you about going straight! They aren't coming here are they?
13: I don’t' know. I ah.. I'm sorry House.
House: Go to Cuddy's house and use the key under the flower pot. I want you to search the House.

"I always want to kiss you,"
"I always want to kiss you,"
Well. It’s been a long, long time since I’ve published an article. I use my words carefully - o actually did write an article for Saviors. I just haven’t published it. Yet. It’s on my mum’s Air so i can’t access it right now. This is because when i write an article, i really want to be happy with it. I also want to be bothered to write it ;) but mostly the happy thing. This is because every article i have written since Teh Itch one has been graded by me against that, and since that was 4000 words of things that mostly hadn’t been pointed out before I was mostly to very happy with...

Foreplay- sexual activity such as kissing and touching each other before having sex.
Banter- conversation that is not serious and it’s often playful.
Flirt- to behave as if sexually attracted to someone, often in a way that is not meant seriously.
Why was Cuddy searching these words in the dictionary? Her head spun when she read the last word.
These were the words people use to describe her relationship with House. Cuddy held her tears. So what did that meant? That House and her will never work out. That he wasn’t serious, he didn’t want anything with anybody. How could she be so dumb, how...

(House looked at the X-Ray of Cuddy’s chest; which showed multiple lesions on one side of her left lung.)

Wilson: They said yes, she’s being prepped for surgery.

House: That’s what caused the cysts and the excess trauma.

Wilson: She’s going to be okay.

House: Yeah. She is.

(Wilson left, whilst House let out a sigh of relief and a small smile.)

(It was the end of the next day, when Houses went to see Cuddy in ICU. The nurses were taking the tube that helped her breathe out of her throat. When the left House entered and brought a stool from the side of the room and sat on it, waiting...

Chapter 11 - "The Lunch"

-----------------------------------------------------

Cuddy came out of the bathroom feeling rather suspicious and intrigued. Now fully dressed, she was ready to face this odd, rare situation she was in. She made her way to the living room only to find House standing up, the Thai food boxes on the table in front of the couch.

“You’re not staying?” – She asked, a hint of disappointment in her voice.

“I said I was bringing you lunch, I didn’t mention staying.” – He answered, narrowing his eyes, trying to read her thoughts.

“The food you brought is fairly...

Trying to mentally erase the image she just saw, Cuddy closed her eyes as she tried to sit up.

House stepped aside to provide her some space.

“Had a nice night’s sleep?” – He asked, getting a seat on his couch.

Cuddy rolled her eyes:

“House, I’m not at my best mood. Don’t push it.” – She threatened – “And what’s this for?” – She asked, picking up the lollipop.

He stared at it.

“By the way I caught you off guard by opening the door; I assume you weren’t the one who rang the doorbell?” –...

Bows and flows of angel hair and ice cream castles in the air
And feathered canyons everywhere, I've looked at clouds that way
But now they only block the sun they rain and snow on everyone
So many things I would have done, but clouds got in my way

I've looked at clouds from both sides now
From up and down and still somehow
It's cloud's illusions I recall
I really don't know clouds at all

Moons and Junes and ferris wheels the dizzy dancing way you feel
When every fairy tale comes real, I've looked at love that way
But now it's just another show, you leave 'em laughin when you go

I've known them for quite a while,
and many years have passed,
we're always irritating each other,
so it surprises me that we last.
But lately things have changed,
more so than they could,
a sadness fills the air,
more so than it should.

There's been tension between them,
here there are no lies,
but something bad is going on,
and it's hidden behind their eyes.
I know how they feel about the other,
and I know that they're both true,
but there's been a different feeling forming,
something foreign, something new.

It's a love that's been progressing,
something that's been left unsaid,
like a silent whisper calling,...
