A 10 year old kid called julio entered the hospital because of an anaphilactic shock caused by Karly (House's niece) and Fer (Karly's BFF).
In the ER House asked Karly "Did you give this kid something ?","I just gave him a peanut butter sandwich,what's wrong?",Karly said,"This kid is allergic Karly you could kill him",House said,Karly didn't answer,a nurse said Dr.House he has something wrong,Julio was showing swine flu syptoms,13 asked Karly and Fer "Did anyone give him CPR or something?",Karly said "Yeah that girl Naomi who has a crush on him",Foreman went to meet Naomi a regular 10 year older with flu and overweight.Meanwhile on House's appartment...

The next day Cuddy started feeling nausea and throwing up,then she said "Karly Im craving a chocolate go to the store or something",Karly and Fer called Maria del Rosario Molina Lopez friend and servant and she said "here you are miss cuddy but you never eat sweets are you pregnant?",Cuddy bought a pregnancy test and it was positive,then she asked Wilson to do a blood test and it was confirmed then Wilson went to House's office and said "Congrats!!!! you are going to be a father",House said "Ok Im sure Karly already knows",he went to Cuddy's office and said "let me do an echo to see your baby",Cuddy said "It's our baby" House said "Yes our baby boy",Karly said "no its a baby girl",House said "shut up brat this is out of your business",when they did the echo Cuddy cried of joy and said "Im finally pregnant"
