“You wanna kiss me don’t you,” Cuddy said, taking a step closer to him.
    “I always wanna kiss you,” House replied and leaned forward to kiss her. Just as their lips were about to touch, House turned his head and slid past her. He began to walk down the hallway, but Cuddy grabbed his arm and spun him around. They looked at each other, Cuddy’s stubbornness to kiss him gleaming in her eyes.
    Cuddy pulled House to her and kissed him. They stumbled into House’s house, and House shut the door behind them. He pulled Cuddy’s shirt off and threw it across the room. House slipped off his black overcoat as he pushed Cuddy up against a wall.
    They kissed passionately, all worries washing away as the two blundered down the hallway into House’s bedroom. . .

    “Cuddy, I love you more than I’ve ever loved anyone else.” Cuddy was nestled in House’s arms, and when he said that, Cuddy kissed his chest.
    “I love you too House, and I don’t ever want you to change,” Cuddy murmured, and House kissed her head.
    With that, Cuddy and House drifted off into a peaceful slumber filled with good dreams of each other.

Ok, guys, a girl that watched the complete promo today posted this and I died again when I read it!!! PREPARE YOURSELVES FOR MAJOR HUDDY HOTNESS!!!

>>In the next part of the promo that is not on the youtube video, you see them actually kiss and her hand is behind his head on his neck. When i first saw the whole thing on earlier tonight i could not stop shaking for half an hour because i was so excited!!!!!!

It was her left hand that was behind his head and his posture kind of makes me think that he still had his cane in his hand, but you can only really see there heads

House got out of bed after the longest of the nights. He had barely slept a wink after a full night, tossing and turning in the cotton sheets beneath him. He stumbled out of bed, landing on the floor. The pain in his leg ached. And so did his hand. He attempted to stand up, getting on his feet making his way to the bathroom. He looked at himself in the mirror and slid his hand across his face. His beard faded all the way up to his hair, fading into stubble. He checked his eyes to see if his vicodin had finally shot his liver, as he did every morning.

Cuddy put down her journal and went to see who was at the door.
Looking through her peep hole she could see House staring back at her. Smiling softly, Cuddy unlatched the door.
"It's a little late." Cuddy said as she placed a hand on her hip.
"I was bored. Wilson's on a non-date date with that pediatrician who he swears he's just friends with."
"So, I'm unfortunately forced to endure your presence."
"No one's forcing you, but I just happen to know your weakness." He said as he pulled out a case of cookie dough icecream.
