Nice taste ! I love them all but it's definitely my fav, with realising that House was the patient in Three Stories

They're all very emotional and intesne though.

At that time, I wasn't really into spoilers and stuff like that, so I remember the shock of realizing it was House. Realizing Amber was the patient is close 2nd.

I guess I am taking the word "moment" quite literally..as opposed to say..the culmination of a longer story arc. That moment when House reacted to the test results in "All In," well let's say I'm on pins & needles each time..waiting for it.
(House trying to walk at the end of S1 moves me greatly..every time I see it).

My favorite all time "moment" is not listed..but in a way is similar to "All In" because it defines House as a Doctor & damaged human being all at the same time.. the final scene of "Paternity" when he stands alone on the LaCross Field..and the camera pans around him, I tear up just thinking about it..along with the Rickie Lee Jones song they play at that moment.

It was the first time I cried! :'(
He's gone I thought. But he made a right choice, if he wanted to be with Cuddy. <3

I don't even know how to choose from these, I know I suck. But they all are such meaningful moments each for different reasons.

There have been so many moments that helped you understand House a little better. All were vlauable to building House's character.
For House who operates himself by keeping distance between him and patients could not protct his heart from this moment. It was surreal and literally took his breath away.
He recovered quickly and tried to end the baby's life to save the mother to no avail.

I LOVE all of these! But this is just so so SPECIAL to me. It was so emotional and touching
