yes, but that's just because I wouldn't be able to live with the guilt myself if I were in his position. I'm definitely not objective enough to ever become a doctor. But it's completely a testament to my outlook on life, if you see someone/something suffering and there is something in your physical realm that you can do to help it why wouldn't you??
yes, this procedure is invasive and dangerous but I would do it in a heartbeat.

I don't know about right or wrong but it was very wilson thing to do.

I'm not really sure how to answer, it was a nice thing to do to his friend, but at the same time he's a doctor and not a donor.
I'd like to say maybe.

Wilson already gave him 5 extra years to his life when he got the patient's chemo to work the first go around, so the guy should have lived his life to the fullest because their was a huge chance that it would come back. I agreed with everything House said in this episode. Wilson risked his life for someone who he is more of an acquaitance with rather than a friend, i could only him doing for House, Cuddy or family but no one else

Did he do the right thing? If he wanted to do it, then sure, and he felt good about himself for it, so that's cool.

The question I guess is whether he did it for friendship or for guilt. I'm guessing a bit of both...

I don't think it matters that the guy was a jerk. It doesn't mean he deserved to die. Wilson had the opportunity to save someone's life by giving something of himself and he took it because he's, well...Wilson. I don't know what is motive was for doing it, friendship or guilt, but I think it was the right thing for him to do.
