Of course not, I love her but dont want her to become a main character. The show is called 'House M.D.' after all. But if any character deserves more screen time, its either her or Cameron, they are very interesting characters. She should remain a secondary character though, if anything she can be the most important team member.

I don't love her but I don't hate her. To me, she's only a common character on the show. Discovering her life might be interesting, but her being a main character is just weird.

I liked her in S4 better than the S5 premiere. Now her Huntingtons comes up at some point during every scene. But I've only scene on episode of S5 so far, so maybe that won't be the case with the next episode.
