Just to point out that Wilson is a doctor who specialises in Oncology, so he can check up on normal patients who don't have cancer xD

Anyway...I think I know for sure that 'Cuddy helping House with an important decision' is helping him going through Vicodin withdrawl. I am 100% sure that could be it, plus the bucket and scraggly beard extra thickness xD

Yea the "Cuddy tries to help House make an important change in his life," almost intrigues me more than the pic itself (almost is the key word lol).

I'd like to think the important change is him having lots of sex with Cuddy on a continual basis. But seriously, I think it probably has to do with him possibly deciding to institutionalize himself.

Edit: I like that vicodin theory Fab, and he definitely must be detoxing given his appearance and the bucket.

Yeah it's the Huddy pic captions that have me interested. I agree that he might decide to go off Vicodin...it can cause side effects like hallucinations and he's due for detoxing this season (according to a link I noticed). That is a desperate measure for him (fitting with the episode description), and it would explain the nausea.

i think we all know whats going to happen in this ep, can't wait!!!

hey did you guys notice in the 1st huddy picture house has a bucket in between his legs ( on the floor?) ? And that there is booze all over the cabinets? I think he tries to drink so he can forget amber but cuddy comes to stop him..

I have no idea what's going on and I'm not going to pretend to know lol.

But I was also interested by the hand on the table in the last picture, this is somewhere we've never been before.

Cuddy, don't sleep with a drunk man, it never ends well! lol. On a serious note though, I really do hope whatever Cuddy does helps him. And for the weird hand thing..the walls look like the one's at his House. Who knows though. Too many things to think about from these pics!!

1-I firmly believe in House stopping Vicodin use. I believe in it.

Whatever it is definately WILL NOT be easy for the poor guy. :(

I'm scared about what this decision will be. I think it might be something to do with his insomnia.... And the cure for it, could risk his life..... But I'm just speculating XD.
But, I'm definitely looking foreward to the Huddiness of this ep!!!! XDDD

Well the description says "perceived insomnia"...which means it might not actually be insomnia. That has me pretty intrigued (and worried).
