Episode 1: All Isnā€™t Lost

Moments were a scarce feature in the winter. Mostly, the time passed quickly. Days moved through time with a definite purpose and overwhelming guilt. Snow blanketed over streets and railways and bus stop benches, heaven had never been so beautiful. But this was Chicago, and winter had its kryptonite.
Along the alleyway the snow pilled in dirt ridden clumps and around the multiple tracks of ambulance tires. Footprints delved into the softness every few inches, yet the snow seemedā€¦unharmed. Moving in and out of synchrony, figures stirred about, still disturbing father winter. Heads succeeded down, into scarves and hats, away from the brisk that was a bi-product of the snow. Pairs of eyes closed, each of which grew into a different thought, then opened to the bitterness again, losing that glimpse of hope.
Around the corner, the main street was littered with cars, trucks, buses, women in high heels running as fast as they possibly could across the walkway. Men in suits casually strolled along, sneering under their breath at the women in high heels and their long legs. The noise was chaotic. Horns, cell phones, revving engines, and sirens rang like bells on a Sunday wedding through the think, flurry filled air.
The sirens grew in sound, slowly, then quickly getting louder with each block passed. Patrons of the city knew this all too well, it played out like a perfect test. The cars and trucks and buses all steered to the curb, where they would patiently wait for the ambulance to pass. Little by little, the vehicles would move back into position on the four-laned road. It wasnā€™t until the rig began to glide toward the turn that surrounding people noticed something was wrong.
The ambulance was just feet from the turn into the alleyway. As it turned it went up on its right two wheels, hung, forever it seemed, in the air, then at an alarming speed crashed violently into another parked ambulance. A sound echoed through the bay, followed by a light and heat that lit up the areaā€¦then, allā€¦wentā€¦quiet.

This was the County General Teaching Hospital. And THIS, was just another morning.

The third floor was unusually quiet. Cuddy walked in stride from the far elevator. Her knee length skit moved in tone with the muscles of her legs, while the soft, violet sweater plunged down away from her neckline leading to where her ruby pendent necklace sat. The high heels made a knocking sound as they kept in time with tempo. She stopped when she reached a glass door about half way down the hall. Inside, she only saw a shoe of the corner of her eye. It rested on a tan, corduroy foot rest. She rolled her eyes pushed open the glass door. As it swung open 110 degrees, it hit the wall behind it, creating an especially loud crash. This woke House, who jumped from the chair with a grunt.
He eyed her from the very top of her dark brown curly hair to the very tip of her black high heels. Tilting his head in just the slightest he spoke,
ā€œIā€™ve got the key to the on-call room...and Iā€™m pretty sure the sheets are fairly clean, but in case they arenā€™t, ill let you be on top.ā€
She opened her mouth for a clever retort, but simply sighed instead.
ā€œGo to the ER to help.ā€ Not saying or insinuating anything further, she turned to leave.
ā€œWait, wait, wait.ā€ He lifted his bad leg off of the foot rest and onto the ground and stood up beside her.
He was about a foot taller then her, yet she controlled the tension.
ā€œThis isnā€™t evenā€¦ā€ He eyed her again from head to toe. ā€œWell, I was gonna say this isnā€™t even worth you coming up here just to have me say no, but that hardly seems like the case now that Iā€™ve seenā€¦that.ā€ His eyes stopped just where her necklace sat. ā€œTell Carter to deal with it.ā€ Turning back toward the chair, he grabbed his cane and began walking toward his desk and away from Cuddy.
ā€œThe ER is slammed, House. Carter is trying to run that chaotic mess of a blizzard we have going on, and you arenā€™t doing anything but sleeping and dreaming of me.ā€ ā€œItā€™s the ER, or a month of clinic duty.ā€ Cuddy knew how his mind ran; an ultimatum was the best possible choice to give.
Now, it was House that sighed. He said, not bothering to turn around, ā€œFine, ill go to the ERā€¦ā€ He than moved toward her, she was so taken aback that she had to take a step back from him. ā€œā€¦Iā€™ll leave you here to figure out a fun way to make it up to me.ā€
The door again broke into a sound on the pane as it swung from force. Cuddy was left alone in the room with a satisfied look now showing from her smile. Around the corner, she could hear the beeping of the elevator as it landed on the floor for pickup. Again, it sounded as the doors closed.
The ride down was an escape scheme for House. It was his precious few seconds to figure out how to get out of having to go to the ER. Keeping his head down, staring at the hard tile floor of the elevator, he thought. A ring again sounded notifying the occupants of their arrival to the floor. He was out of time. As the doors opened, it seemed like time sped up ten times.
Gurneys lined the halls, most with yelping patients in them, screaming for assistance. Gloves, masks and the occasional sterile drape littered themselves around the gurneys. Doctors and nurses ran, not walked through the jammed area, on missions, each of which House was sure he did not want to partake in.
House felt a breeze in his hair as 2 doctors and a nurse ran a gurney past him. One doctor was strattleing the patient doing CPR while the other doctor was squeezing the ambu bag while pushing the cart with his free hand.
ā€œHey House, we could use you in here!ā€ A familiar voice renounced in the open hall. It faded as the cart strolled away. House reluctantly followed the screech of the voice.
He found himself entering a room with double doors that swung both ways with large capital writing on it that stated: TRIAGE ROOM 3.
ā€œOne, Two, Threeā€¦ā€ The two doctors and the nurse heaved the patient onto the stationary guyney in the room.
ā€œG.S.W. to the mid-abdominal cavity, two liters out on the scene, intubated and CPR started after desating to 67% then going into V-Tach.ā€ House had yet to fully come into the room. The familiar voice spoke again, ā€œOK, crash cart, lets charge to 200!...Clearā€¦ā€ everyone held up their hand as the one word was spoken. ā€œStill in V-Tach!ā€ ā€œCharge to 250ā€¦Clearā€¦ā€ The patient jolted up from the electricity. ā€œBack in sinus rhythm, Carter.ā€ ā€œGood, now I want four units type specific, get a full chest, neck, and abdominal series, 12 lead, full blood work up with BMP and Creatnine, chest tube, and foley.ā€
The nurse and other doctor unlocked the brakes and rolled the gurney out of the room, one still squeezing the Ambu bag every two seconds. Carter slung off his bloody gloves and yellow gown and threw them to the floor. ā€œThanks for your help House.ā€
House, who was still right beside the double doors smiled. ā€œAnytime buddy. Nice save. Soā€¦ya hungry?ā€ Carter chuckled under his breath and walked past the double doors once again into the frantic hall. ā€œDoc Magooā€™s?ā€
House half smiled and turned out of the room, following Carterā€™s footsteps. ā€œWell would you look at that, Iā€™ve seemed to have left my wallet ALL the way up in my officeā€¦ā€ He had now caught up to Carter and the two were walking side by side toward the exit to the ER. ā€œRelax, you mooch, Iā€™m payin. So, whereā€™s Wilson?ā€ ā€œSome court hearing with his second wifeā€¦pfff,ā€ House shrugged. The two stepped into the bitter cold outside the ER ambulance bay, trudging through the deep snow and tire tracks. Cane marks along with two sets of footprints found their way right beside a parked rig. A scream rang through the air as an ambulance shot toward them. A sound echoed through the bay, followed by a light and heat that lit up the areaā€¦then, allā€¦wentā€¦quiet.
John was killed by the security and House was fighting between life and death exactly that afternoon because of the bullet hitting his heart valves. Chase already told Cuddy that anytime soon he could leave them behind. Wilson, Foreman, Taub, Cameron and Thirteen grieved over the news and stayed in Houseā€™s room. All of them were shedding tears as House managed to hold Cuddyā€™s hand.
Cuddy: You can make it, Gregā€¦ You willā€¦
House: <shakey voice> Iā€¦ donā€™tā€¦ thinkā€¦ soā€¦
Cuddy: <sobs some more as she tightly hold his hands> No, donā€™t say thatā€¦ Youā€™ll get out of thisā€¦...

ā€œIā€™m home,ā€ Cuddy cried out as she enters the doorway of their home back in Michigan. Everythingā€™s back to normal. The vases, the pillows and the cabinets that were thrown by John months ago had been replaced and furnished. The stair rail was also newly painted and a new TV was added. John was wearing his usual handsome smile when he was coming down the stairs when she noticed him. He immediately kissed her and hugged her tight but it took her a long time before she wrapped her arms around him too.
John: I have missed you so muchā€¦
Guilt was running Cuddyā€™s veins as her husband moved...

OK, I donĀ“t own Chase, House, J.D., Dr. Cox, Wilson or Nurse Brenda, neighter do I own J.D.s awesome prank. This is just a silly thingy I put together being really bored. I donĀ“t think itĀ“s even to be called a "very funny fanfic", but it really helps the title get attention :ƞ
Warnings: Very silly, VERY random, only funny if you share my weird sence of humor...
Perfect background music: Lazlo Bane - Superman

Dr. Robert Chase was exhausted after a long day at work. The team was trying to diagnose a girl with cronic pain who keept fainting every fifth minute or so. There had been hours of differentials...

I figured the best way to express my thoughts on this article would be to take it one point at a time. Note, because of the heated debates regarding screentime of certain characters, I feel all arguments regarding that matter have been hashed out already so I'm not going to comment on those points because I don't feel like rehashing all those arguments again.

1. Too Much Thirteen
I'm not going to comment on this.

2. House Seems to Have Given Up
I DISAGREE with this as well. House is a complex and multi-layered character. While he may revel in making other people miserable and irritating them,...

"You're an ass" someone screamed. " Yeah. I got that a lot" a deep, flawless, and charming voice replied. " Who's that?" Lisa Cuddy asked her college lunch buddy. "Oh! Thats Greg House. As you might have heard...he's an ass." Lisa's friend replied. Lisa couldnt help but to stare at this new face. A beautiful, flawless, and very handsome face at that. She couldnt stop staring; Greg House (for some reason) attrackted Lisa. She was awoke from her day-dream when she realized that she had been staring at him the whole time and the odd thing was that he was staring at her as well. He smiled at Lisa...

CHAPTER 1 DISCOVERIES
It was another dreary and dank morning in apartment 221B. The alarm clock rang at 9:30 AM just like it always did, waking him up so he could be just perfectly late to work, he opened his deep blue eyes and groaned from the pain shooting up his leg, yes just like every morning. He even had a slow but steady routine from the minute his eyes opened. He grabbed his cane and the bottle of Vicodin from the side table near his bed. Sleepily he pops one in his mouth sets the bottle back down and is off to get dressed in whatever t-shirt and jeans calls to him that day. Then puts...

Authorā€™s Note: This oneā€™s a bit short, but Iā€™m just trying to get the right feeling out of the story for dividing it certain ways. So as I get more into the plot of the story, youā€™re probably going to be seeing some longer chapters.
Murder in the Clinic
Chapter 2: Discoveries

Walking out of the clinic exam room after receiving a call from Foreman on his pager, House dropped Stoneā€™s file on the nurseā€™s station and limped his way back to the elevators. After a silent ride on the otherwise empty elevator, he walked into the conference room to see his three bored...

Michaela in Long Beach, Calif.: Kristin, what's coming up on House?

Remember that hostage situation I told you about? It finally happens in the Nov. 25 episode, and Jennifer Morrison (Cameron) promises it won't disappoint. "It's interesting because basically the guy who takes them hostage is sort of pitting everyone against each other to get what he wants. He's trying to get treated. You kind of feel for him, but at the same time he's putting all of these people's lives in peril." Will everyone make it out safely? "I don't get killed," she assured me. "That's all I can tell you. I'm still alive." Perfect. Now can we just see more of you on the show?
Aftermath

After the kiss, from the night before. House wakes up in his bed at around 09:20am and gets ready to arrive late for work, as usual. On his way to the kitchen he sees Cuddy on the sofa sleeping softly with her drink spilt on the coffee table. Her shoes were on the floor next to her. House thought about putting a blanket over her but didnā€™t. Instead House sat watching her for a bit, before finally waking her up with a loud incoherent noise.

House: Wake-up sleepy head.

Cuddy: Eughh. What time is it?

House: (checks his watch) Uh-oh, seems you are going to be late.

(Cuddy sat up and held...

Title: Losing It
Betaed by: zeppomarx
Rating: R
Pairing: sort of House/Wilson, story is mostly focused on a twisted relationship between House and Wilson, though a non-sexual one; House/Cuddy friendship, House/Cameron friendship
Summary: After Amber's death, Wilson is having trouble moving on, he cant bring himself to forgive his former friend for the part he played in her loss. All he can think about is vengeance. House is willing to do anything to earn back Wilson's friendship, and this proves to be a recipe for disaster.
Warnings: abuse, violence, dark themes, mild language, *very* dark Wilson...

Dr. Gregory House. (Hugh Laurie)
Dr. Gregory House. (Hugh Laurie)
I've never had an original character before, but that's a really important skill in writing so this is me in training...which means the character won't be flawless and I'd appreciate it if you didn't kill me for it. My character is named Dr. Terrance Malcray, and because of my vivid fantasies about how awesome it would be if Stephen Fry did a cameo in House, I've given him the part.

Enjoy! (hopefully)

House's leg was hurting like hell today... the blinds were drawn, the lights were off: every soul in the hospital knew that under those circumstances, his office was a genuine lion's den...

Disclaimer: House MD belongs to both Fox and David Shore.

Authorā€™s Notes: Yes, this is a post Wilsonā€™s Heart fic: What if the one person House has allowed himself to trust (besides Wilson) dies? What if itā€™s by the hands of his own father? Will Wilson be able to bring up some understanding? How will this affect the decay of their friendship?

Angst, Drama, eventually House/Wilson friendship.

This is the story of similarities and differences, of two separate ways to love someone and miss someoneā€¦ itā€™s called Our Loss because both House and Wilson have lost someone close to their heart...

How Does The Show Feel Different This Season?
Suprisingly, It still has the same voice. All this stuff is going on but it's just more opportunityto do what we've been doing. House get's to torture more people and the science is just as good. Chase (Jesse Spencer), Cameron (Jennifer Morrison) and Foreman (Omar Epps) all return, but not in the same way, yet it's still the funny, smart-paced show fans will be happy to see back.

How does this season start out for Cuddy?
At the beginning it's really about the fact that House has fired his entire team and thinks that it's perfectly OK. Wilson (Robert...
