No offense Fabouluz, but this person admitted that they don't watch much of the show. They probably started season 5 and thought Wilson had left for good. They just wanted to know. You didn't have to insult her.
Wilson tried to go to feel sorry for himself but House pestered him so much he realized he couldn't feel worse than when he's around House so he stayed and now feels better about feeling worse by being there. Think about it's true.
That's your opinion. Wilson left because he "need[ed] a change of scenery" and believed that House wasn't his friend. He came back because he had "the most fun" in a while with House during Birthmarks. We can all guess at what his motivations were, but yours isn't automatically right.
