It started off with the normal "Patient Dilemma" with a wife beside her dying husband. Her airway closes and then the husband calls for help. The credits and then you see the office with Taub and Foreman @ the table. House asks where the rest of the rainbow coalition is, that they are missing bi and brown. Foreman gives an excuse for 13 while Taub says that Kutner was taking care of his sick dog and will be in later.
Later comes around and then House still doesn't know where Kutner is and so he sends 13 and Foreman to investigate. They go into his apartment looking around and don't suspect anything until you see 13's eyes widened and you see a half hidden body through a doorway and she runs to go see. 13 runs into the room and you hear her trying to resuscitate who is believed ot be Kutner for she is shouting his name and Foreman runs in to call 911. 13 stops and they say he's cold and you see her sliding back on the blood that is now visible running down the floor. And they both sit against the bed.
