I think you could be right, but the rest of the episodes are still possible. There are little bits and pieces from spoilers that justify that it could be any of the rest of the episodes. For 5x21 I think it could be that because in the promo it said the tragedy would bring everyone closer together. And with the whole Cameron 'loving' House thing, it could possibly be the ep, where Cuddy relises she does like House, therefore, leading to Huddy sex. That is what I hope for anyway. I would rather it sooner than later
