House M.D. Question

Can anyone recommend anything similar to House M.D.?

I'm on season 6 right now and I'm dreading the moment when I finally finish it, because everything else I try to watch will probably seem lame in comparison... so is there anything that you think WONT seem lame, because it has wonderful characters, humour etc like House M.D.? I need something to fill the House M.D. shaped hole that will be in my life. :P

1) link: Another David Shore show, but it was cancelled after one season. I love it, and the humour is very similar to House MD, in my opinion. It is a cop show, so obviously pretty different from House in a lot of ways, but still awesome. But there is only one season, so that sucks...

2) link: This is a Sherlock Holmes adaptation (as House MD kinda is). This show's Sherlock struggles with some emotional junk very similar to House, so it gives me the feels similarly to House (although not as intensely, obviously). Elementary is currently in its 4th season, and as yet, has not been cancelled.
