House M.D. Question

At the end of Euphoria (II) we learn that Foreman has reversed brain functions. Does this ever come up again on House? Or was it just dismissed?

No, it does not come up again because they dealt with that storyline. Disruptions in brain function after brain surgery are not uncommon. Foreman's brain just needed some time to recover and essentially remember how to do certain things that it was a little confused about. They showed us that in the next episode, where he was not allowed to touch the patients. As the episode went on, we saw him getting better and better.
