This. And apart from that the show would go on without her, you can stop watching if you want to. (Which is what I'll do when they kill off Wilson -> there are also rumors about him dying, so I wouldn't freak out yet)

If they kill Cuddy or Wilson i might keep watching to see what happens but if the premise of the show is ruined (as i suspect it would be) i might stop watching too. hope they are just rumors!

I like Cuddy but if she died it would be awesome. She'd have to die epicly. They could end it with the Hospital exploding and EVERYONE dies. But I've never seen past season 1 so... HIDH
